Every bookworm wants honest reviews and suggestions, and sometimes those are hard to come by, with paid reviews everywhere. But you won’t find those here. Just honest reviews and recommendations and snark.

Oh, yeah, I should probably introduce myself.

It's me!
This is me!

I’m Elizabeth, I’m 24, I hate selfies, and live with my boyfriend who doesn’t want our apartment to be a library but he hasn’t kicked me out yet so I guess he’s still okay with it (plus he bought me bookshelves, so he’s actually encouraging it?). When I’m not sitting at home in my pseudo-library, I’m working in an ACTUAL library so my world is basically made of books. (and TV and the internet, because lets be honest, those are all in libraries now too, and boy is it great)

Alex is the boyfriend, and probably I’ll talk about him a lot. He’s pretty okay, I guess. We’ve been together 4 years and that still surprises me. He doesn’t whine when I use almost all of the dishes when I make dinner (probably because he doesn’t have to cook), and he makes me coffee in the morning so he’s basically a god.

I can almost always be found in activewear and rarely at the gym. Hell, even my work clothes stretch like yoga pants. It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing. I’ve got so many books hoarded from the library it’s not even funny, and this is in addition to what I accumulated at the bookstore. Needless to say, there’s a lot of books involved in my life.

But when I’m not reading, I really like binge watching TV shows. I’m up for some of the newer ones, I’m obsessed with Game of Thrones like everyone else, but I really like watching all the early 2000s teen dramas. Dawson’s Creek and Gilmore Girls and Friends (which isn’t really a teen drama but damn if it’s not wonderful) are all my jam, and I’ll talk about them every chance I get.

I also like video games and fashion, although I’m not super great at either of them.

So if any of this stuff sounds like something you’d be into, just grab a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine or a margarita, whatever works for you) and pull up a chair. We can talk about some stuff!
